JJL Motorsports to field Truck Series entry for Roger Reuse in Canada

SHERRILLS FORD, N.C. – JJL Motorsports in a collaborative effort with Jordan Anderson Racing (JAR) announced today that they will field an entry for road course veteran Roger Reuse in a one-race deal for Sunday afternoon’s Chevrolet Silverado 250 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP). 

Reuse, a native of Birmingham, Ala. will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut aboard the No. 97 WCIparts.com truck. He has four prior starts in the Xfinity Series with a best finish of 30th at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International.

In addition to the Xfinity Series, Reuse is also a frequent competitor in the Trans AM Series competing for Mike Cope Racing.
Reuse’s brother, Bobby made his Truck Series debut last year at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. He finished 17th in a one-race deal for Beaver Motorsports.

“We’re happy to have this relationship with Jordan Anderson Racing and Roger for Canadian Tire Motorsport Park,” said team principal Jason Little. “Roger is an experienced road course racer who can bring a lot of knowledge and insight to the table that should allow the opportunity for a solid finish.

“Jesse (Little) will return to the seat in the next Truck Series race at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway next month.”

The Chevrolet Silverado 250 (64 laps | 157.37 miles) is the 17th of 23 races on the 2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck schedule. Practice begins on Sat., Aug. 25 from 9:30 a.m. – 10:25 a.m., while final practice is set for 11:35 a.m. – 12:55 p.m. Qualifying is set for later in the day beginning at 6:00 p.m. The 32-truck field will take the green flag on Sun., Aug. 26 shortly after 2:30 p.m. with live coverage on FOX Sports 1 (FS1), the Motor Racing Network (Radio) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Satellite Radio, Channel 90).
